No case of H1N1 virus recorded in Akhalkalaki
No cases of H1N1 has been recorded in Akhalkalaki amid reports that ten deaths have been registered throughout Georgia due to the virus. As the head of Akhalkalaki Clinic Aleksan Torosyan told Jnews agency, although no cases have been registered thus far, the hospital is well equipped to combat the virus.
To note, earlier, Georgia’s Head of the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) Amiran Gamkrelidze stated that as of January 7, 158 cases of so-called swine flu (H1N1) have been reported in Georgia.
