One suspect in Armenia military bus incident turns himself in
One of the young men involved in Tuesday’s incident around a bus transporting conscripts has turned himself into law enforcement, police told Panorama.am.
The military police are taking measures to track down the other suspects in the incident after launching a criminal cause into hooliganism by a group of persons or organized group (Article 258.3 of the Criminal Code).
Meantime, spokesperson for the Prosecutor General’s Office Arevik Khachatryan said earlier today the criminal case had been forwarded to the Investigative Committee for preliminary probe.
A footage released by the Armenian Times on Tuesday showed how a group of young men blocked the bus transporting conscripts to Armenia’s Kotayk Province and provoked a fight.
