Armenian PM’s staff sharply reduces official cars
The official vehicles of the Armenian prime minister’s staff will be sharply cut down, Chief of Staff Eduard Aghajanyan said on Facebook, adding that only 7 out of the current 50 vehicles will remain in service.
Presently, deputy PMs, chief of PM’s staff, secretary of the National Security Council (NSC), deputy chiefs of staff, heads of staff departments, heads of agencies under the staff, PM’s advisors and some assistants use official vehicles, Aghajanyan wrote.
He says as a result of changes only two deputy PMs and the NSC secretary will use state vehicles.
“That’s it. I will refuse an official vehicle too. The drivers have already been notified in accordance with the law,” Aghajanyan said.
