Samvel Karapetyan on Forbes’ 'Russian Real Estate Kings' list
Russian Armenian businessman, President of Tashir Group of Companies Samvel Karapetyan has been included in the list of 'Russian Real Estate Kings 2019' compiled by the Russian edition of Forbes.
In 2018 alone, the businessman, who ranks third on the list, reportedly earned $670 million in real estate, Forbes Russia said.
The company owned by Zarakh Iliev and God Nisanov tops the list of the 'kings' for the eight year in a row, with the company's real estate revenue amounting to $1.565 billion last year.
Ingka Centers comes second with $865 million. Mikhail Gutseriyev’s Safmar ($575 million) and Aras Agalarov’s Crocus Group ($410 million) rank 4th and 5th on the list, respectively.
