1 dead, 6 wounded in restaurant shooting in Armenian town
One person has been killed and six others wounded in a shooting in the Armenian town of Abovyan on Monday night, the Investigative Committee said.
The shootout occurred during a brawl that broke out at one of the town’s restaurants called “Partez”, the committee revealed while responding to a report received on Tuesday, at 1:30am.
An intelligence group of the Investigative Committee discovered cartridges of different calibres at the scene.
The shooting victims were hospitalized at Abovyan Medical Center.
An investigation is underway to determine all the circumstances behind the incident.
No other details were immediately clear.
