Johannes Han says no date fixed for launching visa liberation talks with Armenia
“I assume the visa liberation talks with Armenia ill not launch until the elections to the European Parliament,” EU Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement stated on Tuesday in Yerevan. The EU official remarks came at briefing with Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
in Johannes Han’s words, however, the European Commission is positive about the topic.
Han added, there is no concrete date for stating the negotiations.
To note, in the scope of the visit to Armenia Commissioner Hahn is set to meet President Armen Sarkissian, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, members of the new government as well as representatives of civil society organisations.
