Catholicos Karekin II departs for Australia
His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, has left for Australia on a Pontifical visit upon the invitation of the Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Australia and New Zealand, Bishop Haigazun Najarian, the press service of the Armenian Church told Panorama.am.
Accompanying His Holiness are high-ranking clergy from the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, including Archbishop Nathan Hovhannisyan, Director of the External Relations and Protocol Department of the Mother See, and Rev. Father Anania Tsaturyan, staff-bearer of Catholicos Karekin II.
