Artsakh president appoints new head of Askeran regional administration
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed on Thursday a decree on relieving Hakob Ghahramanyan from the position of the head of the State Commission on Regulating Public Services and Economic Competition upon his own resignation in connection with assuming a new office.
On the same day President Sahakyan approved the government’s decision on appointing Hakob Ghahramanyan Head of the Askeran regional administration, his office said.
On 31 January Sahakyan visited the town of Askeran and introduced the new head of the regional administration to the staff members of the administration, heads of the relevant structures and communities of the region, wishing him fruitful work.
