Armenian government to provide financial support to parties, blocs
The Armenian government will provide financial assistance to the parties and party blocs which secured three and more percent of votes during the 2018 snap parliamentary elections, according to a decision adopted at today’s Cabinet meeting.
An estimated 103.7 million drams will be allocated from the state budget to the ruling My Step bloc, Prosperous Armenia Party, Bright Armenia, former ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF).
In particular, My Step will receive some 78 million drams, Prosperous Armenia – 9.1 million drams, Bright Armenia – 7 million drams, Republican Party – 5.2 million drams and ARF – 4.3 million drams
