Armenian PM to visit Iran with his spouse
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia and his spouse Anna Hakobyan will pay an official visit to Iran on Wednesday, the PM's office said.
On the sidelines of the visit, Pashinyan is expected to meet Supreme Leader of Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
The Armenian PM will also meet Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, which will be followed by a joint news conference summing up the talks.
The Iranian president will host an official dinner in honor of Armenia’s PM. Afterwards, Pashinyan will meet Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani.
Later on Wednesday, the PM will visit Ararat Sports and Cultural Center in Tehran to meet with representatives of the Armenian community.
On 28 February Pashinyan will visit Isfahan, where he will meet with the governor and representatives of the Armenian community.
