President Sarkissian holds phone conversation with Nursultan Nazarbayev
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian had a telephone conversation with Nursultan Nazarbayev, who announced days ago that he would no longer remain in office as President of Kazakhstan, and will only hold the post the Head of Security Council and the ruling Nur Otan party.
As the press department at the President’s Office reported, the Armenian president has warm personal relations with Nazarbayev.
During the friendly conversation, the president has highlighted Nazarbayev’s contribution to development of relations between Armenia, Kazakhstan and deepening of the cooperation in political, economic and humanitarian spheres.
President has also pointed to Nazabayev’s significant role in different integration processes.
