Snowstorm hits roads in Lanjik region and Artik-Alagyaz roadway
Armenia’s ministry of emergency situations reports that on March 30 as of 12:30 some roads are closed and difficult to pass in the territory of the republic. Vardenyats pass is closed. Dilijan turns are closed for trucks. Sotk-Karvachar, Ashotsk-Amasia, Kajaran-Goris roadways, the roadways of Hrazdan region of Kotayk province, those of Tavush and Lori Provinces, as well as "Meghru sar" part of Syunik province are difficult to pass.
Black ice is formed on Lanjik - Mastara roadway, on the intercommunity roadways of Aragats and Aparan regions of Aragatsotn Province, as well as on the roadways of Ashotsk region of Shirak Province. The ministry recommends all drivers to drive exceptionally on winter tires. Snowstorm has hit Artik - Alagyaz and Lanjik road sections
According to the information received from the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia Stepantsminda - Lars highway is open for all types
