Artsakh deputy defense minister resigns: report
Deputy Defense Minister of Artsakh, Major-General Samvel Karapetyan has announced his resignation after around 30 years of military career, Artsakhpress reports.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Karapetyan expressed gratitude to all his fellow servicemen, expressing confidence the Artsakh military will continue fulfilling any task with honor.
“The army has been and will continue to be in the center of my attention and in case of any threat facing my homeland, I will join its rows again without wasting a second,” he said.
