Armenian serviceman wounded after Azerbaijani troops open fire in Tavush direction
A contract serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces was wounded on Tuesday as the Azerbaijani forces opened fire in the direction of Armenia’s northeastern Tavush region.
As the spokesperson at the Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan told Panorama.am, the serviceman was wounded to head and will be transferred to Yerevan by helicopter.
“The serviceman’s health condition was assessed as serious but stable,” Hovhannisyan added.
To remind, on April 29 the Azerbaijani forces opened fired on Voskepar-Baghanis republican roadway.
