Armenian high school students win 2 medals at International Chemistry Olympiad
High school students from Armenia have achieved new accomplishments in international science Olympiads. As the ministry of education and sciences reports, 12-graders Movses Aghekyan and Hovhannes Matevosyan from Heratsi High School have won a silver and bronze medals respectively at the 2019 Mendeleev International Chemistry Olympiad՛
The 2019 Mendeleev International Chemistry Olympiad was held from April 21 to 27 in St. Petersburg
The competition that brought teams from some 30 countries was organized by the Chemistry Department of the State University in Moscow, the Chemistry Institute of the State University of St. Petersburg, Andrei Melnichenko Foundation and Eurochem.
