Armenian child killed in Syria shelling
Four children, including an Armenian, have been killed after terrorist groups fired shells on al-Sqeilbiya city in Syria’s Hama countryside, the Aleppo-based Kandzasar newspaper reported, citing SANA state news agency.
All the young victims were reportedly between 5 to 10 years of age. The Armenian child who fell victim to the attack was identified as Jessica Semerjian, according to the newspaper.
The bomb attack also left dozens of others wounded.
One person died, while five others were wounded in a fresh shelling on the city on Monday, 13 May.
