Deputy PM: No process can affect Armenia-Artsakh ties
No process can possibly affect relations between Armenia and Artsakh, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan told reporters after a Cabinet meeting on Thursday.
His comments came in response to a question about whether the guarantees provided to the court by Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan and his predecessor Arkadi Ghukasyan for the release of Armenia's second President Robert Kocharyan from custody could somehow affect relations between the two countries.
The official gave his assurances no problem will emerge even in the event of the court’s positive decision.
