Armenia’s top taxpayers named
The State Revenue Committee has unveiled the list of Armenia’s biggest 1,000 taxpayers based on the figures of the first quarter of 2019.
Gazprom Armenia company tops the list of the major taxpayers with a total some 13.5 billion drams, down from 13.9 billion drams the company paid in the same period last year.
Grand Tobacco ranks second in the list with a total of 12.8 billion drams. Armenia’s third largest taxpayer is Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine, which paid some 6.6 billion drams in income taxes in the three months, the committee said.
In the fourth place is the Electric Networks of Armenia, which paid 4.5 billion drams in taxes to the state budget. With 4,2 billion drams, GeoProMining gold company comes fifth in the list.
The top ten taxpayers also feature the International Masis Tabak (3.9 billion drams), CPS Oil Corporation (3.7 billion drams), Flash oil trader (3.7 billion drams), Aquilon Trade company (3.4 billion drams) and Armenia International Airports (2.7 billon drams).
