Prosecutors’ office to appeal two decisions over ex-President Kocharyan’s case
Armenia’s Prosecutor’s Office has appealed two decisions of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction over the court proceedings of ex-President Robert Kocharyan and three other former officials.
As Panorama.am learnt from the press department at the Prosecutor’s Office, the first case refers to the court decision to suspend the proceedings and send to the Constitutional Court of the Armenia to determine the constitutionality of the indictment. The second appeal refers to the court decision to free Kocharyan from pre-trial detention.
