Armenia’s education minister congratulates graduates on Last Bell
Armenia’s Minister of Education and Science Arayik Harutyunyan has extended congratulations to school leavers on the Last Bell – the symbolic graduation ceremony marked on Friday, May 24.
In his message to graduates, the minister described the day as a ‘unique milestone’ between childhood and adolescence memories and a more mature life.
“Today you start a new life in new Armenia that has embarked on a new period. I am convinced you will realize your goals and dreams more easily and smoothly. This requires fundamental knowledge and resolute will from you,” he said.
The minister also congratulated teachers bidding farewell to another generation educated by them to the mature life, stating the latter “will ensure the development of our country and build the future we are dreaming of.”
“Congratulating all graduates, teachers and parents in Armenia and the Diaspora on the Last Bell, I wish you festive, high mood, vigor and good luck for making big changes,” he concluded.
