Cannes 2019: Pedro Almodovar's 'Pain and Glory', the favorite to take home the Palme d'or
Pedro Almodovar, who's never won the Palme d'or yet, is one of the favorite of the competition with his latest "Pain and Glory", a semi-autobiographical, nostalgic and personal film, starring Antonio Banderas and Penélope Cruz.

The 72nd Cannes film festival is being held on May 14-25. The winner in the Un Certain Regard contest will be named on May 24.
