Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia on Monday received OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov (Russia), Andrew Schofer (United States), Stéphane Visconti (France) and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
The three mediators visited the Armenian capital as part of a fresh tour to the region.
The meeting focused on the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) conflict settlement process, including the formation of a peace-conducive atmosphere, the PM’s office reported.
In this context, the officials highlighted the implementation of the agreements reached at the Vienna Summit. From this perspective, they stressed the need to strengthen the ceasefire regime and avoid further escalation.
