Slovakia becomes the 14th country notifying the EU council about CEPA ratification
Slovakia has fully ratified the EU-Armenia Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA), Anna Naghdalyan, spokesperson at Armenia’s foreign ministry wrote on Facebook, adding the ratification has been submitted to the EU Council.
To remind, Slovak President Andrej Kiska signed the ratification of the agreement in May.
The EU and Armenia signed the agreement on the sidelines of the EU Eastern Partnership Summit in November 2017. The agreement was provisionally applied on June 1 in the following year. Thus far the Agreement has been fully ratified by 14 EU smember tates and Armenia.
