Armenia has sufficient amount of Iskander missiles, PM says
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia says he has discussed the issue of arms supplies at Thursday’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“We have good cooperation in military-technical sphere and, of course, we have some arrangements. And I believe our relations in this field are developing in a coordinated manner,” he told RIA Novosti Russian news agency.
Asked whether the issue of supplying more Russian-made Iskander missiles to Armenia has been discussed at the meeting, Pashinyan said: “We have a sufficient amount of Iskander missiles, but we hope to get something else, not small.”
