Head coach of Armenia’s national football team vows hard work during Greece clash
Head coach of the Armenian national football team Armen Gyulbudaghyants has assured the team will spare no effort to claim a victory against Greece in a Euro 2020 qualifying match on Tuesday evening.
A total of 22 Armenian footballers took part in the final training at the Olympic Stadium of Athens on Monday. The match starts at 10:45pm local time, the Football Federation of Armenia reported.
In a pre-match news conference on Monday, the manager stressed the teams and coaches should forget about both their defeats and victories and focus on the upcoming match.
He said they will consider some factors, including the strong and weak sides of the Greek footballers, but will mainly stay focused on their performance during the match.
“We will do everything possible to achieve good results,” he said.
