Armenian PM’s spouse attends opening of Yerevan fashion forum
Anna Hakobyan, the spouse of Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, attended the grand opening of the Fashion Forum Yerevan 2019 at Vordan Karmir Armenian Carpet Museum on Tuesday evening.
Heritage, a unique fashion show featuring Armenian designer clothing and accessories opened the event, Hakobyan’s office reported.
Fashion designer Vahan Khachatryan, the president of the Fashion and Design Chamber and a sponsor of the event, presented the collection to the PM’s spouse.
Fashion Forum Yerevan 2019 is co-sponsored by Khachatryan’s Fashion and Design Chamber, the European Union and the Tourism Committee of Armenian’s Ministry of Economic Development and Investments.
The PM’s spouse has been supporting Armenian fashion designers for over a year and is known for wearing exclusively Armenian-made clothing and accessories in an effort to promote the local production.
