Armenia, Singapore sign MoU to boost cooperation in tourism sector
Armenia’s state Tourism Committee and the National Tourism Council of Singapore signed on Monday a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen cooperation in the sphere of tourism.
The signing came in the scope PM Pashinyan’s official visit to Singapore. Minister of economy Tigran Khachatryan and the Minister for Trade and Industry of the Republic of Singapore Chan Chun Sing in the presence of the prime minister of the two countries.
The document aims to develop cooperation in the tourism sector based equal and mutually beneficial principles. The signing parties agreed to exchange information and best practices in the sphere of tourism, create opportunities for development of capacities, encourage the cooperation among the private sector of the two countries through forums and B2B meetings, organize study visits to increase the recognizability of the countries at local and international level.
