“See you soon, Armenia!” - Nuno Gomes farewell message from Yerevan airport
Former Portugal player Nuno Gomes who was visiting Armenia for the U19 Euro championship, posted a farewell message on Instagram, summing up his trip to the country.
“See you soon, Armenia! Thanks you Khoren,” wrote Gomes, along with sharing a photo from Yerevan Zvartnots airport. To note, Khoren Qalashyan serves as the agent of the ex-player.
To add, Gomes is the Ambassador of UEFA U19 European Championship underway in Yerevan and attended two matches of the final tournament played on July 17.
Earlies the ex-Portuguese player visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex and paid tribute to memory of the Armenian Genocide victims.
