House fire breaks out in Armenian village
A fire erupted at a house in the village of Goght in Armenia’s Kotayk Province on Saturday, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
Three fire and rescue squads were dispatched to the scene after emergency responders received a fire report at 6:6am.
The fire, which had broken out on the roof of the house, was deemed under control at 7:50am and put out at 8:53am, the ministry said.
The roof of the house (about 300 square meters) and the forage stored there were completely burnt in the wake of the fire.
No injuries were reported.
