Tokyo 2020 to have innovative vehicles
Olympic Games partner Toyota has developed a new vehicle for people with mobility impairments to take them to any venue of Tokyo 2020, the Armenian National Olympic Committee's press service reported.
According to its concept “Mobility for All”, Toyota creates technological innovations. Toyota will allocate approximately 200 electric vehicles which can travel 100 km on a single charge. The new technology will help to reduce the emissions to a low level.
In June Toyota has presented eight zero-emmission hydrogen fuel cars to the IOC.
Earlier Toyota presented four robots that would help athletes and visitors during the Olympic Games.
