Three persons arrested over explosion on Yerevan-Sevan highway – Investigative committee
Three people have been arrested in the scope of the criminal investigation launched on Friday over the explosion that hit Yerevan-Sevan highway, the head of press department at the Investigative Committee Naira Harutyunyan told Panorama.am.
Earlier, the investigative Committee opened criminal investigation for murder attempt and Illegal acquisition and possession of firearms and ammunition. The explosion occurred on Friday on Yerevan-Sevan highway formed a 0.6m deep pothole on the drivable portion of the road making it hardly passable. As a result of the accident two vehicles were damaged with one of them belonging to former MP Melik Manukyan.
