Spox: Armenian, Azerbaijani FMs agreed to a meeting
Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan is set to pay an official visit to Lithuania on 16-17 September to meet with the country’s prime minister, foreign minister, speaker of the Seimas and other senior officials. Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan told a news conference on Friday.

The minister is expected to attend a series of events and address the UN Security Council's open debate on the ‘Cooperation between the UN and regional and sub-regional organizations in maintaining international peace and security,’” the spokesperson said, adding a meeting of the CSTO foreign ministers is New York is also on the agenda.
Asked whether the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers can possibly meet on the sidelines of the assembly, Naghdalyan said the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs had proposed to arrange such a meeting.
“The side have agreed to a meeting, but, as we have repeatedly stated, we uphold a principle to unveil the place and date of the meeting in an agreed manner,” she said.
Zohrab Mnatsakanyan is also set to take part in the Ministerial Meeting of the Ancient Civilizations Forum and hold several other meetings.
