“Happy birthday, Legend” - Mkhitaryan sends message to Totti
Armenian national football team captain and Roma midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has congratulated Italian former football player Francesco Totti who played for Roma and the Italy national team on birthday anniversary. “Happy birthday, Legend - with best wishes,” Mkhitaryan tweeted.
To note, Totti celebrates his 43nd birthday on Friday. He retired from football in May 2017 and currently works for Roma as a director, acting as a liaison between players and staff and performing ambassadorial duties around the world.
The Roma icon spent more than 25 years as a player at his hometown club, going on to make 786 appearances for the team - scoring 307 goals.
