24 students suffer food poisoning after meal in Artashat school canteen
24 students at Artashat School N 5 in Armenia were taken to hospital with symptoms of food poisoning after eating at the school canteen. As Armenia’s Investigative Committee reports, the respective alert was received on October 15 from the hospital. A criminal case was opened according to Article 279 Part 2 Point 2 of the Criminal Code.
It is understood the incident took place after the students were served lunch pizzas. The food servers of the canteen are identified and investigative measures are underway to look into the circumstances of the case.
