Three days of mourning declared in Russia’s Rostov city after a deadly fire
Three days of mourning have been declared in Yaroslavl oblast of Russia after a fire in a residential building. As Gazeta.ru reported, cultural institutions and television and radio broadcasters should cancel entertaining events and programs on the days of mourning.
It was previously reported that seven people, five of them were children, died as a result of fire on 13 Leninsky Street in Rostov; three more were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity. According to Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations, 600 square meters of the building roof were completely burnt out.
