Two injured in car crash in Armenian town
Two people have been injured in a car crash in Stepanavan, a town in Armenia’s Lori Province, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
The accident occurred on Baghramyan Street on Tuesday night.
One fire and rescue squad of the ministry’s Rescue Service was dispatched to the scene after the 911 hotline received a crash report at around 1:30am.
A VAZ-2107 car reportedly collided with a BMW. As a result, two people suffered injuries and were hospitalized at Stepanavan Medical Center.
The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
