Increase in ceasefire violations being observed - Artsakh Defense Army
Increase in number of ceasefire violations is being observed on the Line of Contact between Artsakh and Azerbaijan, the country’s defense ministry said in a press statement.
“Showing non-constructive approach and moreover ignoring the fact of hosting the CIS Defense Ministerial Council meeting in Baku, the Azerbaijani side tries to artificially escalate the situation on the frontline with frequent use of snipers,” the statement said.
The Artsakh Republic Defense Ministry next reiterated its commitment to the reached agreements of decreasing tensions, yet adding it would have to resort to response actions in case the provocations by the adversary continue.
