Temperatures set to drop sharply in Armenia
A new cyclone will hit Armenia on Saturday, November 2, causing temperatures to drop sharply in the country.
Meteorologists forecast precipitation in all regions on Saturday with the possibility of strong winds up to 15-20m/s. The regions located 1,700 meters above sea level will receive their first taste of snow.
Temperatures are set to drop by 8-10 degrees in all regions in the daytime and on the night of November 2, the Hydromet Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
The Ararat Valley and its foothills will experience the first below-zero temperatures of up to -5C on Saturday night.
