Two injured, including 14-year-old, in car crash in Armenian village
A car crash near Parakar, a village in Armenia’s Armavir Province, has injured two people, including a 14-year-old girl, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
One fire and rescue squad of the ministry’s Rescue Service was dispatched to the scene after the 911 hotline received a crash report on Thursday, at around 9pm.
Emergency responders found out that an Opel Astra G car had collided with a Toyota Camry near the traffic police department of the village.
As a result, the two injured passengers, identified as Hripsime S., 14, and Garegin Gh., 30, were hospitalized at the Astghik Medical Center, where doctors assessed their health condition as satisfactory.
The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
