Official: 46 families return to Artsakh’s Talish after reconstruction
A total of 46 families have already returned to their native village of Talish in Artsakh’s Martakert region after the intensive reconstruction works carried out in the village, Artsakh president’s advisor Tigran Abrahamyan said in a Facebook post.
The return of 5 more families to Talish, which greatly suffered during the 2016 April War, is in process, the official said.
“Apart from the fact that the village has all the necessary amenities – a new school, a kindergarten, an aid station, an events hall and a village head's office, the houses for the returning families are fully furnished,” he wrote.
