Armenian PM meets with leading Russian media representatives
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia on Tuesday met with a group of representatives of the leading Russian media outlets in Armenia, the PM’s press service reported.
In particular, the meeting was attended by Komsomolskaya Pravda, Ekho Moskvy, Svobodnaya Pressa, Moskovsky Komsomolets, Rossiya Segodnya, Vedomosti, Kommersant, Interfax, Ogonek, Interfax, Ogonek, TASS, Expert and Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
Welcoming the guests to the government, the prime minister attached importance to their visit to Armenia and expressed hope that it would contribute to a more thorough and comprehensive presentation of the events and changes taking place in the country in Russia.
Pashinyan answered a number of questions addressed by journalists regarding the Armenian-Russian strategic relations, military and technical cooperation between the two countries, developments in Syria and the region, the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) conflict settlement, the fight against corruption in Armenia and the ongoing reforms in various fields, including the improvement of the investment climate, and other topics.
