Intensive consruction works underway in military bases of Artsakh Defense Army
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited a range of military units of the Defense Army located in the central and eastern parts of the republic, got acquainted with the course of the service and the current situation, the Information department at the President’s Office reported. Defense minister Karen Abrahamyan and other officials accompanied the president during the visit, the source said.
Advisor to Artsakh president Tigran Abrahamyan posted photos from a newly reconstructed military unit, saying the facility has a new canteen with all up-to date conditions, while the adjacent boiler-house has been completely rebuilt.
“Intensive construction works are underway in military units of the Defense Army. The existing infrastructure is upgraded, new opportunities are created for improving the social and living conditions of the servicemen as well as increasing the level of combat preparedness of the troops,” Abrahamyan wrote on Facebook.
