Armenia’s Pashinyan offers condolences to Macron over fatal Mali helicopter crash
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a condolence message to President of France Emmanuel Macron after French troops were killed in a midair collision between two helicopters in Mali on Monday.
The message, publicized by the PM’s press service, reads:
“I was deeply grieved to learn about the death of 13 French soldiers in Mali as a result of a helicopter collision. This is the greatest loss for the French army in the past thirty years.
At this difficult moment for France, please accept deepest condolences on behalf of the Armenian people and myself. Sharing in your sorrow, we offer our sympathy to the victims’ families and friends.”
