Armenia’s Arsen Julfalakyan to face Roman Vlasov for the main cup at Grand Prix Moscow-ALROSA
Armenian Greco-Roman wrestler Olympic silver medalist, World and European Champion Arsen Julfalakyan is participating in the tournament Grand Prix Moscow-ALROSA. Julfalakyan’s main opponent is two-time Olympic champion in Greco-Roman wrestling Roman Vlasov. The bout in the 77 weight category will be the tournament’s feature today.
Ahead of the bout, the Russian wrestler has said: “With Arsene we fought many times at different competitions. Despite the score 6-0, the meeting was always very resistant, we were going score to score. Very valuable for me to meet with this fighter. For a long time he was for me the opponent that I really wanted to win. For me, it is another challenge to prove, primarily to myself that I’m stronger out on the carpet and show their support”.
