Turkish FM at OSCE: Karabakh conflict should be resolved “on basis of territorial integrity”
Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu touched upon the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) conflict while addressing the 26th Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Bratislava, Slovakia.
The top Turkish official noted that the frozen conflicts of Georgia, Transnistria and Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) should be resolved “in accordance with the international law and based on the principle of territorial integrity”, Ermenihaber reported.
Apart from the Karabakh conflict, Cavusoglu also spoke about the Ukrainian issue, stressing that Turkey attaches importance to the country's sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, including Crimea, Ermenihaber reported.
The 26th OSCE Ministerial Council is taking place on 5-6 December 2019 at Incheba Expo Arena in Bratislava.
