According to the data released by Armenia's National Statistical Service (NSS), the economic activity index (EAI) of Armenia increased by 7.5% in January-November 2019 to compare with the same period of 2018. The EAI rose by 10.1% to compare November of the past year and decreased by 8.5% against the index of October of the ongoing year.

The production volume in January – November rose by է 9.3%. The construction volumes rose by 4.3%, while  the trade turnover volumes rose by 9.2% in the eleven months of the ongoing year.

According to the statistics, the consumer prices rose by 1.5 % to compare with the previous year. while the electricity production volumes recorded a 3.4% decrease.
As for the external trade turnover, it rose by 7.4 % in January-November 2019, with the exports growing by 9% and imports by 6.6%.

The NSS data indicate that in January-July 2019, the average monthly salary in Armenia grew by 5.9% at an average annual rate of 6.3%.
