Wednesday morning update on road conditions
Some roads are difficult to pass in the territory of Armenia as of 9am Wednesday, January 8, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
Vardenyats Pass (from the part of Gegharkunik Province) and Sotk-Karvachar highway are difficult to pass for trucks.
According to the Department of Emergency Situations of Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center (CMC) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles.
Drivers are strongly urged to use winter tires.
