FM: Too early to talk about meeting of Armenian, Azerbaijani leaders
It’s too early to talk about a meeting of the Armenian prime minister and Azerbaijani president, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told reporters on Thursday, adding the work at the level of foreign ministers continues.
“The [Artsakh] negotiation process is continuous. We have never avoided negotiations, on the contrary, we are actively involved in the peace talks," the FM said.
According to him, Armenia has never protracted or delayed the Artsakh peace process.
"The negotiation process has been going on for 25 years within the Minsk Group co-chairmanship, which we continue to consider the most effective and internationally recognized format," Mnatsakanyan said.
