Baku: Armenian, Azerbaijani FMs to hold new meeting by the end of January
Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov will hold a new round of talks on the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) conflict by the end of January, Mammadyarov said, according to Interfax.az.
The Azerbaijani official said the date and place of the meeting has not been specified yet.
Mammadyarov said that the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group insisted on a fresh round of talks between the FMs.
"Azerbaijan fully supports the conduct of diplomatic negotiations. Sooner or later it will yield results,” he said.
He added that the Minsk Group mediators will be visiting the region in the first quarter of this year.
