BREAKING: Shots fired at Yerevan business center
Shots have been fired at Erebuni Plaza business center in downtown Yerevan.
Police told Panorama.am officers are currently working at the scene.
"We cannot provide further details at this time," police said.
According to preliminary information, the attacker has taken hostages.
A Yerevan Today reporter said the unknown gunman, who broke into the building of the business center and started opening a fire, has made several demands.
Several offices operate in the center and there is a large number of people inside the hotel now.
Police have cordoned off the area.
No other details were immediately clear.
